
Submission Guidelines
All submissions will be handled electronically via CMT. The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Please follow these steps to submit your abstract:
1. Access to CMT System:
- Press the Submit Your Abstract button above to access the CMT system.
2. Log In:
- If you have an account, log in using your email and password.
- If you don’t have an account, click Register below the Log In button to create a new account.
3. Submit Your Abstract:
- Please prepare your abstract follow the Author Guidelines. On the conference’s main page, click on the Create New Submission button.
- Fill in the required details and upload your abstract document in PDF format. Ensure that your abstract is written in English.
Author Guidelines
The Color Association of Taiwan (CAT) is delighted to announce that the 16th Congress of the International Colour Association (AIC 16th Congress) will take place at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, October 19 – 24, 2025 in Taipei, Taiwan. The Congress will serve as a forum for researchers, scholars, professionals, and students to exchange insights and expertise in various color-related disciplines. The AIC 2025 Organizing Committee invite you to participate and submit abstracts, related to the conference theme, “Color for Future”. The theme covers different aspects and can fit into the following conference topics:

Authors are kindly invited to submit abstracts in 300 to 900 words as PDF files through Microsoft CMT, follow the Submission Guidelines. Due to the enthusiastic response and requests from many participants, the abstract submission deadline has been extended to May 1, 2025.

The abstract must be clearly described with the aim, the work, and the results reported in the future paper (full paper) in order to allow for evaluation of its scientific content. Do not include graphs, symbols or equations in the abstract. Abstract should be typed in Times New Roman 12 point font, justified on one and one-half spaced, vertical, A4 sized paper, and should fit inside of a box 16.5 cm wide by 24.1 cm high. Please center on top of the page the abstract title (in Times New Roman 14 point using capitalization only on the first letter of major words), author(s) names with alphabetic superscripts. The corresponding author will be informed of the acceptance of abstract on June 1, 2025, and will receive detailed instructions for the preparation of the final paper.
