Instructions for Full Paper Submission to AIC2025 Congress
All Upon receiving notification of abstract acceptance, please follow these instructions to prepare and submit your full paper.
1. Authorship
Submission of a manuscript (full paper) implies that:

The authors ensure that the content does not violate any third-party rights, event partially.

Its publication has been approved by all co-authors, if any, as well as by the responsible authorities at the institution where the work was carried out.

The authors agree to automatically transfer the copyright to the publisher, the International Colour Association (AIC).

The manuscript will not be published elsewhere in any language without the consent of the copyright holder.
2. Write Your Full Paper
Please revise and finalize your paper based on the reviewers' comments, which can be found under Author/Status/Reviews in the CMT system. Before submitting, ensure your paper adheres to the conference's formatting and submission requirements.

Download and use the official conference full-paper template.

Follow the specified page limit (4-6 pages, including figures and references).

Ensure all fonts, margins, and line spacing conform to the template.
Content Guidelines

Title, authors, and affiliations

Abstract (200–400 words)

Keywords (3–5 relevant terms)

Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion

Acknowledgements (optional)

References (formatted according to APA style)
3. Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay the early-bird registration fee by September 1, 2025, for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings and eligible for publication.

If multiple papers are accepted, a separate registration fee is required for each paper. However, if you are the sole author of two papers, you only need to pay one registration fee to cover both papers.
4. Online Submission Portal

Submit your paper through the Microsoft CMT. https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/AlC2025/Submission/Index
You will need to:

Fill in your paper title, abstract, and author information.

Upload your MS file, PDF file in the required format.

Upload a scan of your registration payment receipt.
