Important Notice: Registration Fees Priced in TWD
To ensure clarity and avoid confusion caused by exchange rate fluctuations at the time of payment, all registration fees for AIC 2025 conference are now priced in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD).
We have adopted a fixed exchange rate of 1 USD = 30 TWD as the basis for converting international rates into local currency. This decision is made to:

Prevent inconsistencies caused by bank processing at different times and varying exchange rates.

Ensure smooth and transparent transactions for all participants, regardless of country.

Simplify billing and reconciliation procedures for both registrants and the organizing team.
If you are paying from outside Taiwan, your payment will be processed in TWD, and the final amount charged in your local currency will depend on your bank or credit card provider's exchange rate and service fees.

There are three different participation options: Regular, Student, and Accompanying. Please select the option that applies to you.
In addition to the congress fee, you may add fees for the banquet, excursion, or workshop (see options 1–6). Please pay the corresponding total registration fee for your selected package by clicking the “link” icon displayed immediately after the fee amount in TWD. Make sure you have accessed the correct online payment page.
If you have a paper submission number, enter it with your affiliation in the "Your Comments" field at the bottom of the page.
If you select a banquet, workshop, or excursion, please indicate the corresponding option ID.
